Charles David Moncrief

Charles "David" Moncrief Jr. is an Associate in the firm's Tampa Office. His practice focuses on the areas of general civil litigation, vehicle negligence, catastrophic and personal injury, premise liability, and trucking defense.

Mr. Moncrief obtained his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University. Upon completion, he relocated to the Tampa area to work as a Distribution Engineer in the power delivery industry. During this time, Mr. Moncrief obtained his J.D. from Cooley Law School. While at Cooley, he spent multiple semesters on the Dean's List, was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Society, and competed in the New England Hockey Arbitration Competition. Additionally, Mr. Moncrief spent time as an extern with the Hillsborough County Environmental Protection Commission.
